I’ve spent 15+ years helping B2B organizations adopt technology and stay competitive. I’ve sold enterprise solutions to Fortune 1000 companies, watched from the inside as organizations spent millions on tools they never fully used, and spent years as the translator between offshore development teams and the executives who needed the result. That turns out to be the same job as pointing AI at the right problem.
When AI hit, the same pattern was repeating. Companies racing to adopt, automating everything they could, and in the process erasing the very things that made them hard to compete with. The technology worked. The strategy didn’t.
Woz Digital exists to fix that gap. Not with another strategy deck and not by making you dependent on us, but by finding the first place AI fits, building it with you, and leaving your team able to do the next one without us.
