About

The companies I work with don’t need more AI. They need someone who tells them the truth about it.

Not better technology. Better thinking.

The Founder

Matt Wozniak

I’ve spent 15+ years helping B2B organizations adopt technology and stay competitive. I’ve sold enterprise solutions to Fortune 1000 companies, managed offshore development teams, and watched from the inside as organizations spent millions on tools they never fully used.

When AI hit, the same pattern was repeating. Companies racing to adopt, automating everything they could, and in the process erasing the very things that made them hard to compete with. The technology worked. The strategy didn’t.

Woz Digital exists to fix that gap. Not by building AI systems, but by helping the leaders responsible for these decisions think clearly about what to adopt, what to protect, and how to bring their people along for the ride.

The Science Behind the Method

Where Strategy Meets Behavioral Science

Most AI consultancies focus on the technology. We focus on the people who have to use it. Dr. Bridget Wozniak, a licensed psychologist, was instrumental in shaping the WOZ methodology. She saw what I was missing: AI adoption isn’t about teaching people to use tools. It’s about understanding how people respond to change.

Her expertise in cognitive load, decision fatigue, and habit formation reshaped how we approach every engagement. Instead of just asking “what can AI do?”, we ask “how will people actually adopt this?” That shift is why our clients get results that stick. Workshop participants leave with clarity, not overwhelm. Pilots get adopted, not shelved. Teams build capability, not dependency.

What We Are Not

Not a technology vendor

We have no software to sell. Our only incentive is your clarity.

Not a traditional consultancy

We don't build dependency. Every engagement is designed to make your team stronger, not more reliant on us.

Not a training program

We teach skills, not slides. Every workshop is built around your real work, your real tools, and your real problems.

If this resonates, let’s talk.
